Description: A client user was shared a BI report through ReloAccess and received the confirmation email that their access has been granted.
However when they click on the “Click Here” link to download the report the client user is receiving a login error.

When I tried to access the shared report, I was redirected to the clients SSO landing page which leads me to believe that the client user was not setup correctly on our end for SSO in PingFederate
When I reviewed PingFed under PepsiCo under the client account I found that the user was missing their SSO ID
Solution:
Connect with the consultants and or the Client User to obtain the users employee ID and enter it in OE Admin. Once completed have the client contact access the shared report and they will atomically download a copy of the report to their local machine.
