Guide user how to register for ReloAccess Website, below are the points :
1. Click on https://wwl.reloaccess.com/  
2. Click on Register Option

3. User will get a screen to enter email address and it will trigger verification code on the same email address.

3. User has to enter Verification code and then create a new password.
4. After the registration, user will get the login screen, ask the user to login with the File Number and the new password created by the user.
