- Navigate to the Play Store icon
- Search for Zendesk Support and tap on Install
- Once installed Navigate to the Zendesk icon to lunch. You'll have the option to Sign in via Single Sign-on. Sign-in using your email address. (Note: If you have an email with -int use your first.lastname-int@bgrs.com email address).
- Once logged in you be able to see your tickets in their corresponding views.
