*Prior to installing Zendesk on your iOS device please refer to the Mobile - How to Enroll your iOS Device in Intune before proceeding with installing the application.
- From the Intune Company portal app.
- Navigate to the Zendesk Icon listed user Featured Apps or under View all apps.
- Click Install and Install again to being downloading/installing the app.
- Once completed the App will appear either on your App Home Screen or with in the application list.
- Upon launching the app you'll be greeted with a Get Started screen click the option to begin.
- When prompted Enter a domain, type bgrs
- Sign-in using the SSO by typing in your email address. (Note: If you have been transitioned to an first.lastname-int@bgrs.com email address. Use that email address to login) .
- Once you've successfully signed in you may see a pop-up request to receive notifications from the Zendesk app. You may click Allow if you'd like to receive them.
- Tap on the drop-down carrot to view additional views.
