Description: Agent has forwarded a request from a member to us as they had uploaded the wrong document to their claims receipts in iZone and requesting for them be deleted.
Solution:
This is a non-technical issue and is a business side process issue. I.T. does not delete any files on a member relocation profile due to auditing purposes.
Instruct the user to connect with their manager/TL to review business side procedures.
