Issue:
Application Support receives auto alert emails indicating Novus WebServer is down, as shown in the example screen shot below:
Resolution:
RDP to the server in question (with Z account credentials on US domain) and open IIS manager, then recycle all active application pools:
Alternatively you may reset IIS from the command prompt as administrator:

Once the issue is resolved, Application Support will receive auto alerts indicating the issue is resolved, as shown in the example screenshot below:
