Description:  Initiations not flowing from OI Tool from Novus

Troubleshooting and Resolution:

1. Login to Novus Server SRMSEAPPPV001 and launch IIS

2. Navigate to ApplicationPools and select NovusUtil

3. Stop and Start the Application Pool

4. Confirm with Business team Initiations are now flowing into Novus

5. If this solution does not work the next step is to launch services.msc and recycle the World Wide Web Publishing Service.

6.  If recycling IIS still does not fix the initiations we need to go to the OI server houwebpv011.bgrsui.local.  Launch IIS and recycle the Initiations Tool AppPool is IIS
