L-BGRS users uses RSA application on their Mobile phones to connect to CISCO AnyConnect which is called BGRS VPN.

Below are the steps on how user can request for a token

1. User will login to the Self Service portal using the domain user name and password

2. User will view the below information upon login -

3. User has to click on Request a new token

4. We are only allowing users to select IOS or Android from the below options - 

5. User would be requested to create a PIN for the token -

NOTE - The PIN should not start with ZERO

5. User will add the comments and click on submit

6. The below window will appear once the request is submitted
