Click on the following link to access the RSA self-service portal:

https://selfserviceportal.bgrs.com/

Input your Network/Windows ID into the User ID field and click OK

Leave the Authentication Method at the default value of Password and click Log On. 

Input your Network/Windows Password and click Log On 

Click on Create PIN for the appropriate token

Input the information below and click Save

NOTE - PIN length has to be between 4 and 8 characters long.  Also, PIN cannot start with the number zero.
