MoveScout Max - Conditions of Carriage - Canadian

This Quick Reference Guide will cover how to complete the Conditions of Carriage

1. Tap “Conditions of Carriage”.

2.  Tap Sign Icon

4. Tap Language Bar to Select Language

4. Scroll to select Language

5. Tap Done to confirm Language.

Note: English - US, English - CA (Canada), French - CA(Canada)

6. , Tap “Customer Signature”.

7. Tap "I Agree Toggle"

8. Sign Name

9. Tap Done. 

10. Tap Done

Note: The three-dot menu button next to the Done button will allow you to restart the form/edit signatures, print the form or email the from.

11. Conditions of Carriage will be sent to SISTRS via an Internet Connection. 

12. The Form icon will turn green if the upload is successful. 

Note: If the sync is unsuccessful, you can tap the cloud icon at the top right corner of the screen to redo the sync when on an internet connection.
