As part of the integration activities between SIRVA and BGRS IT departments, the teams are synergizing on common operating processes, budget consolidations and individual hardware models.

Hardware standardization not only impacts end user operational performance, but also has significant impact into the department's capital budgets.

In keeping with the above, PC refreshes are based on the pending number of machines in relation to budget availability.  We compile the refresh schedule yearly and reach out to those users who are eligible for refresh once complete.  Keep in mind that the targeted group could fluctuate based on external factors including budget adjustments, changes in hiring needs and resource availability.
