Steps to Modify user account 

1. Login to AD Manager and click on Management Tab

2. Search for the account and click on modify user 

3. After clicking on Modify User Select the Account Tab and click on Account Disable or Enable option as per the request 

NOTE - Before Disable or Enable Any user account we need Manager Approval
