NOTE - There is no additional software needed to create a PDF from Microsoft Word or Excel as the programs have this functionality built-in. To create a PDF from a Word or Excel file, choose Print and then choose Microsoft Print to PDF from the printer selection box. You will be prompted to name the file and then hit save to generate the PDF file.
